General Information
All prices are based on per person unless otherwise stated. $150 Non-Refundable Deposit is required on all Bookings. Final Number of meals must be guaranteed 2 weeks prior to event date. Final payments are due prior to event. Visa, MasterCard, Bank Checks are welcomed. No personal Checks accepted for Final Payments. Please note – prices and content are subject to change without notice. Upon booking your event, you will be asked for your deposit.
China Service Information
Our full-service Sit-Down Dinners, Cormier Full-Service Hot Buffets and Hors d’oeuvres Receptions are served on Fine Dinnerware (unless alternate arrangements are made) with your choice of coordinating table linens. Pricing based upon our staff arriving 2 hours prior to your scheduled mealtime. Parties requiring early set up or delay in service will be charged $60 per half-hour. Prices are based on 100 people per person unless otherwise stated. Please add 18% administrative charge and 6.25% MA meals tax. Please be advised we would be happy to put out your centerpieces, favors, flowers, set up a gift table and cake table, and seating arrangements. For a minimal fee, we would be happy to decorate the hall to your specific needs.
Special Delivery Information
Cormier’s Buffets are served with Black plastic plates and include all coordinating eating and serving utensils. For an alternative we use High Quality Paper Goods. All white linens are included when service is requested. Delivery and Set Up may be available for an additional charge, please add 6.25% MA meals tax unless tax exempt, (Must Provide Exempt Certificate). Any charge to the caterer for use of site will be added to the customer’s invoice (Hall Commission).
Personal service is available by adding 18% administrative fee. Standard Service is for 1 ½ hours. If extended service is required, it will be billed accordingly. Prices are based on 100 people / per person unless otherwise stated. Minimum of 50 guests; 50-74 add $2.94; 75-99 add $1.50.
Barbecue General Information
Our BBQ menu is served in High-Quality Disposable Plates and Bowls, Cups include all eating and serving utensils. All paper covers are included when service is requested. Personal Service is available by adding an 18% administrative fee. Standard Service is 1½ hours. If extended service is requested, it will be billed accordingly. Prices are based on 100 people per person unless otherwise stated. Minimum of 50 guests; 50-74 add $2.94;
75-99 add $1.50.

If there is a favorite item not included in our menu, please feel free to request any ethnic or traditional recipes, prepared by our chefs, price upon request.
